February 18th - High Intensity Day
After warm-up of FlowFit, Intu-Flow and BE-6 (CST for Dumbells)...
The following Metabolic Resistance Circuit:
- Kipping Pull-ups x 20
- Bruiser 2-handed Swipes x 15
- 16" Box Jumps (w/ lockout) x 10
- Threaded Bridge by 5/5
I performed 4 rounds of this circuit with 2 min rest between rounds. Next cycle will be 5 rounds at 2 min rest, then we start dropping the rest for a few cycles and see what happens. This baby wasn't much "fun" but was just what the doctor ordered... ;-)
