As many of you may already know, I have been experimenting with Intermittent Fasting for the last couple of months now. Although controversy may continue to swirl around IF, as it does around any potentially paradigm-shifting idea in the area of nutrition or fitness, it is becoming increasingly clear that significant benefit can be gained through the addition of IF to a holistic wellness plan.
