WHat an important topic--nicely done--i think it is important to practice strengthening our will power just like we practice getting stronger with the body--we don't start with too much intensity/iron weights or volume and we shouldn't probably start with too heavy weights in our goal selections in order to build the power of the will--if we have weaker will power then if we pick too high of a goal we may set ourseves up for failure--if we are strong to begin with in our determination this may not apply--so if we need to strengthen then i pick some simple goals during the day and reach them and then slowly pick more difficult and complex goals, etc--slowly slowly we will also strengthen these muscles of our determination--becoming a force to be of service to ourselves and others

Good point Peter. CST Incremental Progression is a great manifestation of that principle. We're always progressing, but we stay under the radar of the self destructive knee jerk reactions that we experience when we go too hard too soon...

Everyone would like to be fit and fine. So exercise is the best option. But there is no need to spend hours and hours for exercise or no need to despair, fitness trainers and sports professionals. Even twenty minutes or ten minutes per day will result in benefits ranging from weight loss, to firming, de-stressing and giving a sense of well-being.
