Thanks Adam, I know it might see easy, but it's not. I really love this kind of sets - you don't "waste your time" in our busy lives. I'll put this one behind my ear and use it after really heavy xmas dinner - just kidding.

For swing splits and jump lunges: 3 on each side, right?

Tried this tonight....TORCHED. Very challenging but very satisfying.
The first few sets are so easy you're wondering what's the point.....but from about 13 thru' 20 was a battle for the finish line.
Superb workout, thanks a million Adam.

Wow, smashing knowledge related to this good topic. Could please say me how much time it could take? Because I gonna make the writing thesis or may be that would be better to select the thesis writing. Thank you a lot.
