Hi Adam-what are the low parallel bars with stabilizing cross members?
Posted by: Marc Drillings | April 29, 2009 at 02:54 PM
Hey Marc,
I'm not sure what you are referring to. Give me a bit more of an idea and I'd be happy to answer...
Cheers,
Adam

After getting more info from Marc, he was talking about the Parallette bars in the TacFit video. They are made by Torque, but you can also do the DIY version. Here is a post by Coach Sonnon on how to put them together:

Hi Adam! I just got a new computer and i am sorting thru all my saved info. i'm in a situation where i have no clubbells & do have some assorted dumbells. I remember you posting acouple of videos clips on dumbbell swings that were great. but i can't find them anywhere in my bookmarks; nor on teh video/youtube collection on your blog. please help. i'm looking for any support until i can get some clubbells. I do own your BER & am working up to that. Thank you so much!!!

Hi Priyam,
Yeah, I remember putting that clip up. It was on my coachsteer.com site. But I must have taken it down, and I don't have it saved anywhere. Search YouTube for "soft" style kettlebell swings and you'll find the basic technique that I like for the DBs.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Adam

Hey Adam,
I know this sounds sorta weird, but, seeing as I can't find the answer on the net I thought I'd ask you, what with you having all the know how for this stuff.
When you do Intu-Flow, do you keep your abs pulled in (or any muscle) like you do in FlowFit and BBFFL or do you not pull them in, and just let them relax?
Would be great to hear from you!

Hi Lexi,
Its not so much that you pull your navel in. But you do want to find
that anti-gravitational posture that allows you to stand on stacked
bones. That means that you have to activate the corset of muscle and
fascia surrounding your core. This actually pulls the spine into a
lengthened and springing state. Play around with trying to make your
spine long and youll see what I mean.
Sorry for using so many quotation marks! ;-)
Cheers,
Adam

Do you coach how to use kettlebells? You seem to be based in Quebec city, where I live. I want to check out kettlebell training, but don't want to use video and books, which could result in improper performance.

Adam,
I just started Phase 1 of your Bodyweight Exercise Revolution and I had a question. I just finished day 4 of Phase 1 and was wondering for exercises that are unilateral like the pillow twist and scorpion, where it calls for 10 rep, do you do both sides or only one side? I did both sides, but you don't specify in the manual so I was just curious. So far I love the program and can't wait to go through all three Phases.

Hey Carl,
Both side... :)

Adam
